What connectivity problems are you now having on a "fair" connection that you weren't on a "good" one?



I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I’ve been having this problem most of the week too. I haven’t moved the pod or hub, yet the signal’s been showing as “Fair”. I’ve reset both devices and even tried putting the pod in another location. The result is the same. Devices connecting through the pod’s WiFi are slower and less responsive than they were before too, as I’ve done a test in the kitchen (which is furthest from the hub).
