Hi
I've come here because the online help wasn't helpful.
My router has a constant red light now, for about a week. Its not hot, it's in a well ventilated area and I have tried all the ways to reset it. I have checked all the connections and they are fine. My Internet is very intermittent especially in the bedroom. I'm pretty sure I need a new router but the online help just keeps saying that the router is fine.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
