I have gone through all the steps it asks online to fix the issue but it's still not connecting to the internet. I have tried resetting, checked all cables and waited for twice the time specified. Still no joy. I attempted to call, got through to a machine giving me the same steps to do that i was given online earlier, then ended the call automatically. I'm guessing my hub is faulty, any help would be greatly appreciated.
