Hub 5 no internet connection

So I have just upgraded from the hub 4 to hub 5. Connected it all up no problems, got the solid white light but devices are connecting without internet.

Any ideas how to solve this or does it need a phone call to VM?

  • more than likely needs activating - seems the instructions dont tell you that - theres an 0800 activation line - dont hae it at hand but a quick search should give you it

    a quick test is put the old hub back on - if all works well then the new hub activation is needed

    Possibly the hub has not been activated, call: 

    Equipment activation on 0800 953 9500

    If you reconnect you old hub and it works this is definitely the problem.

    Sorry to hear of your broadband connection concerns since upgrading the router. 

    New equipment does need to be activated from the activation number kindly provided (0800 953 9500).  Checking the systems on our side, we can see that you've since been in touch with the team. 

    Do you have any further connection concerns at all, or is this now resolved for you?
