Hub 5 no internet connection
So I have just upgraded from the hub 4 to hub 5. Connected it all up no problems, got the solid white light but devices are connecting without internet.
Any ideas how to solve this or does it need a phone call to VM?
more than likely needs activating - seems the instructions dont tell you that - theres an 0800 activation line - dont hae it at hand but a quick search should give you it
a quick test is put the old hub back on - if all works well then the new hub activation is needed
