If your in outer mode by Ethernet and is working then changing back to modem mode should work and you don't need a new hub unless a new firmware has caused which we don't know about yet.

Test by connecting only a PC to the hub change to modem mode then wait unplug replug Ethernet if nothing power off hub for 2 mins and try again

Thanks for reaching out to us @K_n8, and a very warm welcome to our Community Forums!

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the services.

Can you please confirm if this has been apparent on both Wi-Fi and wired connections on the services?

In relation to diagnostics, have you been able to perform any reboots and/or resets of late to see if this restores the services to the expected standards?

Thanks,

David_Bn

Thanks for coming back to us K_n8. how are things looking at the moment, have you been able to get your issues resolved or do you need further assistance?

Kind Regards,
