Major outage with no idea when services will be restored :(

Hi, so since Monday at around 12pm the area that I stay in has been without broadband and TV services and I was just wondering if there is a way to find out exactly how long I’ll be without internet for as it has been frustrating to say the least checking back on status updates only for the time to change and with the weekend approaching fast I just really hope it will be back up and running before then

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your TV and broadband services recently. I've checked over things on our systems and I'm unable to detect any known faults that would explain this. Are things any better for you today at all?

Hi Zach_R. Things were better after last Thursday up until today where there now seems to be a new outage and the service status is giving an estimated time for fix being 25th July at around 2pm 😞

Our sincere apologies for the downtime @SUB-ZER0GAMER 

I can assure you our engineers will be working on getting things resolved as quickly as possible.
