Thanks - this is what I've been suggesting to Virgin for weeks now. Some neighbours have reported similar behaviour and an engineer came out to look at the cabinet this morning. He replaced pretty much everything, including the amplifier, which @legacy1 alluded to previously. It's looking much better now!

Thanks for your screenshots of the BQM - it's been looking pretty awful up until around 10am.
I've double checked this side and your downstream channels are out of specification - we'll need to arrange for an engineer to visit and tweak them.
