Looks like your service has been temporarily disconnected

My contract with virgin isn't due to end until 18th of may but I have received this message and my internet has been disconnected. 

In app, I am told that my services have been restricted due to my current bill being over due but the direct debit does not leave my account until may 20th. 

This is quite daunting to be honest since I have checked and all my direct debits are up to date. Is this a fault on my end or Virgin medias?
