Absolutely disgracefull service. They are liars.
My services including tv, broadband and phone which the landline is important to have was disconnected today or last night. As a disconnection was booked however this was wrong and the disconnection had been cancelled to which i called on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. If that wasent enough Today i had nothing. I wfh and now had to take day off as i have been on the phone to them using my mobile since 8am to 6pm. And still no resolution. I am told it will take 2 hours, the msybe 24 thrm possibly 48 and my last call was sorry we cannot help you i was put down ofc the phone twice! I have no internet no landline been paying tjis company for years it is absolutely shocking and because they couldn't understand a simple request. I have and will request all my recordings to tale take this to the CEO and further as atill no resolution just a bunch of lies. Who will compensate me my loss if earnings today and tomorrow. You don't just switch things off on the assumption, and also if you get that wrong you correct it instantly. 2 hours to 4 hours to 24 hours and 48 to turn around and say no sorry its done. Another thing the landline is very important for my mother wjo is elderly and relies on this. And i cant even get to speak to someone proper from the uk. Livid and I will be taking this allot further!

Sorry to hear of the issue you had your services disconnected when this order was cancelled.
We can see that you've been in touch with the team again since posting and all looks to be in order to get this sorted for you. It can take up to 48 hours to reconnect a service as it does require more admin and reactivating/setting back up the account and systems, but please do keep us posted should you've any further issues or that your services have not returned within 48 hours and we're able to assist further here if you prefer.

Hi carly unfortunately i need to escalate this further as i received an email informing me of extra charges and contract change whichbis defs not the case. Again speaking to the customer service they have ignored everything 0 services and now want to charge me more
