Hi, I’ve been having trouble with my 3.0 router constantly restarting and having a terrible broadband speed lately
Running a speed test my last result was only 2.5MB download (should be around 300) but a 40MB upload speed
Looking at the hub it states that the internet has partial service DS only and the network log shows lots of errors around RCS partial service and lost MDD timeout
can anyone help?

"partial service DS only" = The Downstream is connected but the Upstream channels have not.
This is a fault with the service to your Hub, it may also be a a fault at the street cabinet affecting your street.
Check for known faults in your street

Quick update - so I checked all of the connections to the router, splitter etc and all seemed fine. Restarted the router and the internet was back up and running - fab!
Went to watch tv and now I can’t watch any channels - get a cs2004 error. Rang virgin and was told it’s an issue in the area yet the box upstairs works fine (obviously not affecting that big an area lol)
Waited for the time I was told it would be up and running and… surprise still not working
