Hello, for a long time now our broadband has been periodically dropping out and the wifi coverage in some rooms upstairs is poor. I’ve contacted live chat about these issues and they have sent out a mesh pod that hasn’t really improved the situation, and that doesn’t help with the internet drop outs anyway, that happens wherever.
My brother setup a BQM over the weekend for me so I’ll try and post those below along with the router status (sending from my phone, hopefully it works).

For our Hub 3 the main cause of Wi-Fi dropouts are when the Hub randomly changes channels.
Disabling Smart Wi-Fi and setting fixed channels for the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands totally cured this issue.
Pity you have a VM Pod it expects Smart Wi-Fi to be enabled and that is a real blocker
to solving the Hub 3 random channel changes that are the cause of the random dropouts.
