Internet Unstable message but using a WiFi pod

Hello, over the past few weeks I've been regularly getting a "Your Internet is Unstable" message about 30 mins in to any Zoom call, which I use for work. 

I've looked on here and I've seen recommendations to turn off Smart Optimisation as the problem might be happening when the router jumps between channels. However we have a pod upstairs to improve our WiFi there, and I understand this needs Smart Optimisation to work.

Is there anything else I can do to solve this problem? 



For the Zoom call good stability is far more important than high speed.

If it is not possible to run a network cable direct from the Hub ( i.e. not from the VM Pod )
consider a power line extender as worth a try, if needed add a USB Network adaptor
