    Hi Solarwind,

    Thanks for posting, and sorry to see you've had some connection issues. I've had a look from our side and it looks like we're aware of an ongoing connectivity issue, and I'll need to arrange an engineer visit.

    I've popped you over a private message to confirm a few details before I do this.

(Just checked the service line as advised - and there are no service issues in the area apparently)
