I followed all the steps, downloaded the connect app and did the scan. The results in the office are terrible yet impossible to order pod. Online and on our account, I keep getting sent round and round in circles. Please advise, thanks.

Unfortunately the best (and only way usually), is to wait for one of the team to see this post. Calling or using VM customer services is similar to having teeth pulled by your next door neighbour....

You would've thought that VM might notice all of the topics on this forum ref the issue around ordering pods, but for whatever reason nothing is sorted. Hope you are both sorted out soon.
