I Need Wi Fi pods

I have M350 broadband apparently volt speed boost from M250.

Wi-Fi is flaky in the upstairs part of house and reaching our ring door so was looking into VM Wi-Fi pods,

I have downloaded the Virgin Media connect app installed on my Samsung phone and iPad,however it won’t work for me ,I get “Sorry we couldn’t connect you to the server.Please try again in a moment.

I’ve tried re installing apps ,deleting cache etc to no avail.
