Hub relocation

I would like to arrange a technician visit to relocate my virgin media hub. It is currently upstairs, front of house and I now need it downstairs middle of house to help with all things wifi / TV ethernet connection. I suffer from rear of house wifi blackspot & I think this would rectify it.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Hey there @Bulletheed Thanks for reaching out to us on the Virgin Media Community forums. 👋🏼

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the Wi-Fi blackspots in the house.
I've had a look and I can't see any issues on the line, nor with the equipment, so I can imagine this being a connectivity issue via the wireless frequencies.

We can arrange a relocation of the hub, however there is a £25 call out charge for the engineer should they attend for an appointment.
Let us know if you would like to go forward with this via a reply on here, and we'll send over a private message and get it all booked in.

We await your reply. 🙂

Kind regards,
Ilyas.

Alternatively - just set up an access point in the rear of the house.  See my reply in message 4 here...
