@VirginMedia any news on when were getting modem mode enabled for the Hub 5x

We're sorry to hear you have a hub 5x on which modem mode is not yet an available feature, we'd love to best advise however there are no updates on this matter currently.

We'll be sure to let our customers with hub 5x know of any changes or updates on the above.

This was an advertised part of the services so I think it's not appropriate to not provide an update, can you escalate this internally for further investigation and update, please?

It’s been updated recently to exclude 5x but also as you don’t know what your getting until install day it’s still misleading

Had my install 18th Oct. I would also like to know when Modem Mode will be available on Hub 5x.

 

Hi Goffer, thanks for the message. This should be released later this year but we will inform you of any changes to the firmware. - Chris.
