We're sorry to hear you have a hub 5x on which modem mode is not yet an available feature, we'd love to best advise however there are no updates on this matter currently.
We'll be sure to let our customers with hub 5x know of any changes or updates on the above.

This was an advertised part of the services so I think it's not appropriate to not provide an update, can you escalate this internally for further investigation and update, please?
