Any best practice / lessons learnt for hub 5 which can be passed forward? Thanks. Just got mine today (replaced hub 3 which i am sending back).

No better advice than to always run in modem mode, gets over nearly all the quirks/problems with the Hub5.

We live in interesting times and as such if it’s not fit for purpose as described as a quality router with its service charges to match then I’ll be deferring to Martin Lewis lol
WiFi improvement has been observed so I’m content.

If a Hub 5 is issued to us we will have a 3rd Party Router here ready to meet and greet it.
We are not interested in dealing a Sagemcom's software quality issues where is takes months to years to fix some defects only to introduce more new defects. Configuration management and testing staff need not apply.
