I’ve called customer service about my hub 4 overheating every day and has a flashing purple light and drops the WiFi daily I was promised a hub 5 when I signed up to the gig 1 internet and i never got it I called up and was told there sending me a WiFi pod which I don’t think it will work if the hub is dropping the WiFi completely

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with your Hub 4 and for the confusion when speaking with our team. I've had a look and it does appear that the tam have ordered WiFi Pods and not a new Hub. I am very sorry about this. I'll be able to get an engineer sent out to you to look at the Hub and replace it if needed.
