Using the Hub 4 admin menu at http://192.168.0.1/ it is an unsecure HTTP connection,
this is normal. Unless HTTP is blocked in your web browser settings, you should be able to carry on
and access the Hub menu just as we all do.

Try again to login the the Hub 4 menu and then go to the Wi-Fi settings
and check the SSID and Password are what you expect them to be.

Note do not use the VM Connect app with the Hub 4, it will rapidly corrupt the Hub 4
causing the Hub 4 menu to fail, VM Pods to go offline and Connect app not to connect to the Hub.

Has anybody had any success with Hub 4, internet in and out like a yo yo, Blink system wont work, says internet passwords are wrong, even when in the Hub settings it says the settings password is wrong & phoning Virgin media is like trying to find the holy grail, hub 3 lovely everything connects to 2-4 ghz, nowt connects to 5 ghz, no wonder VM have the worst customer service.

If you haven't got 5G and 2.4G bands then you need to split your Wi-Fi network, instructions on how to do that are in the link below, when you have selected Advanced Settings you will also need to select Wireless, Wireless Signal and click on Disable Channel Optimization  at the bottom then click on Apply Changes.
