Received new Hub 4 - 31.10.23, connected the set. Now Wi-Fi is very intermittent, Red light keeps coming on, devices keep dropping their internet connections. Have rebooted system several times over the last few days. All connection checks say that everything is working fine - but it isn’t!

Yup everything is fine the hub can't detect cheap bad wifi by hub

After another hub reset everything has worked for 3 days, today it has dropped out again, was flashing green, did a reset, tried turning everything off and resetting whole thing. Has come back on but on trying the 192.168.0.1 it is saying there are issues with home network and checking Wi-Fi issues but the page has frozen and will not restart!

Thank you, yes we had a engineer visit on 11 Nov. He confirmed that the “new” hub that we had received on 31Oct was faulty and he replaced it. We have currently had 3 days of fully working Wi-Fi, so keep fingers crossed that it continues.
