Hub 4 flashing yellow

Hello all.

My Hub 4 has been regularly quickly flashing yellow, followed by a slow white light, for weeks. It does this multiple times a day, often for hours at a time, briefly reconnecting (constant white light) for a few minutes, only to drop out and start flashing yellow again. It CAN go hours at a time staying connected. The Virgin Media step-by-step says everything is fine, no local issues, or won't diagnose a problem as it can't detect WiFi (because it's dropped out!!), and a reset made no difference.

Any help appreciated!

Apart from the "lights show" - what connection issues are you actually experiencing ?

Try a pinhole reset as per this....

Do a Hub “pinhole reset” - first make sure the 2 passwords on the Hub sticker are still there and legible first ! With the Hub still "switched on" throughout, press the reset pin in firmly with paper clip/SIM tray tool or similar "thin thing" and hold it firmly for at least 60 (a timed sixty) seconds, release the pin, leave for 5’ to stabilise - dont manually switch it off at any time. Passwords and SSID’s will reset to those on the sticker so log in and change them back to what they were/should be.
