Had a Hub 4 delivered yesterday, installed today and in only 8 hours of running internet has dropped out twice for the house, returning a few minutes later. Wish I had not accepted the 'upgrade' offer, Hub 3 was troublefree for years.
Logged onto the router and ran diagnostic, which reports a broadband issue and suggests that I check that the hub is not overheating. Is there any corresponding lighting pattern to indicate overheat? The top of the router is very hot to the touch, and I can hear no fan noise nor feel any air being expelled through the top grill which makes me wonder if it is overheating, shutting down to cool, then overheating again etc. Appreciate that I've only had it a short amount of time, but we both work from home and intermittent loss of connection throughout the day is going to cause a lot of problems very quickly if this goes on.
Note also that the above test results were generated when I did have internet connection, so don't know what the warning symbol next to broadband is caused by. When I have lost internet, I can't even load the router homepage, suggesting to me that the issue is within the hub itself, not network. No dust from previous use visible blocking air vents, and it's on a solid clean non enclosed shelf in a room which has barely been 19 degrees all day so any temperature it is subjected to is its own.
From cosmetic markings when unboxed, appears has previously been deployed, and what limited logs are available from this thing show that it was last powered in up in September. Would the logs also contain reference to thermal issues if overheat were to occur?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions which anyone can provide.
Editted - removed historic log entry which I now confirm is not relevant).

Hey Andy_P447, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community.
I am so sorry to hear you are having some connection issues.
I've taken a look at our side and I cannot see any problems, everything is looking great on our side.
How has it been over the weekend?
