Hi,
I have had problems with accessing my Hub 4
I changed the password from the default on to one of mine, however I've forgotten it and now can't access my VM Hub 4
Any ideas how i can access it?

You need to do a full reset, so it returns to using the default password.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the issues you are having with a password. You can perform a 60 second pin hole reset, this should reset all the changes made back to the factory settings. Grab a pen and press and hold in the reset hole for 60 seconds.
