Hi,
My hub 4.0 was configured have have a different SSID for 2.4ghz and 5ghz. It has lost its 5ghz SSID after a power cut. I tried rebooting the hub, also tried toggling the 5ghz signal off and on. The 5ghz SSID cannot be seen any of the devices that were connected to it before.
Could a replacement hub be requested?
Best,
Kevin

Hi Akua_A,
I have looked at advanced settings, I do not see anything odd in there. I tried disabling and enabling 5Ghz in there. It did not do anything, the 5ghz SSID is not visible to any devices most of the time.
Best,
Kevin

if you try and reboot this via the pin hole this will reset the router and it will reappear.
If that doesn't work let us know and we will look into this in further details .

Try a FULL 60 second factory pinhole reset as below;
Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds. Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible. NOTE this will remove any custom settings you may have set in the Hub, and they will all have to be setup again.
The important point to note is NOT to reboot the Hub manually, just let it settle on it's own. It may take a while and reboot itself a few times. Just be patient. 🙂
