Hub 3 solid red light

My hub 3 has a solid red light showing at the bottom of the hub and my internet had cut out. I saw lots of posts about overheating, but I can't see why as it is in a well ventilated area, regardless, I turned the power off for about 30mins. When turned it back on, the Internet came back and is still working, but the solid red light persists. Ever since I've had this router, the lights on it have never seemed to work the way you would expect, I thought I would have green indicators for WiFi and network connectivity and such, but it had just been a lone yellow light at the bottom, which is now red. I do believe it to be a malfunctioning hub, can a replacement be sent out in these circumstances?

I'm so sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the red light on the hub. 😢

If the hub is overheating - please do turn it off and leave it in a cooled area.
