Thanks Carley. The TV is a Samsung 55CU8500 , 2023 model. .... But even if the TV is limited to 100 mbps, It doesn`t explain why the PC ethernet connection keeps flipping between 100 and 1000. ?
Like I explained, When I start to get problems ( On the Pc ) and look at the router settings, I know before I even look that the connection speed of the Pc will have flipped from 1000 to 100. ( and a speedtest will then show a mid 70`s speed, rather than the usual 250`s speed.) My point is, why is it flipping between the 2 ? what makes it flip ? , Once it connects at 1000, then shouldn`t it stay at 1000 ??/ Plus,, if router is faulty and causing this ` flip` at the Pc, then it could be doing the same at the Tv. Hence the intermittent drop in connection, buffering, etc at the Tv, Plus " Ethernet cable is unplugged " notice popping up on Tv, when it HASN`T been physically unplugged, moved or disturbed in any way. There must be a reason why the tv is detecting this ` ghost disconnection ` . Also intermittent " You are connected to the router, but not to the internet " notice on the Tv`s network status page. ??.
Plus,, from the network logs in router settings,,,,,,,,,,, All those " warning" + " critical" notices,,,,,, surely anything that states " warning" + " critical" is not normal . Could you comment on/explain these notices please.
Also....... " I have double checked at my side and cannot see any cause for concern on your hubs specs and your speeds at the router are good " ........ Could you elaborate Carly ? , You have access to my Router / speeds/ account etc ??
Thanks.
