Hub 3 constantly showing a red light - and network dropping frequently

Please can anyone help? A few days ago my hub started showing a solid red light. Now the connection to all the booster pods has failed. And connection to our devices is repeatedly dropping. I can’t get any sense from the messaging service.

What Hub model is it (printed on its base sticker) ?


I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for your post. 
Sorry to hear about the issue with your Hub3, losing connection and having the red light.
I can look into this for we will need to arrange an engineers visit to replace the Hub3.

In the meantime, Can you make sure the Hub is well ventilated and away from any direct source of heat.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.
