Several months ago I subscribed to text message notifications in relation to a broadband outage in my area. Since that was resolved, I have been unable to switch notifications off and I’m receiving several text messages a day. How can I terminate the service?

The outage was back in October! The last set of messages (x 4) were on Dec 12th. Between me registering for notification’s and Dec 12th I was getting between 2 and 20 updates a day. Just please completely remove my phone number.
