Hi,
I recently moved to a 1GB package (from 350mb) which was great at first. But now I'm getting speeds of around 150mb.
I want to book an engineer - but the automated chat keeps crashing on me when I'm trying to book it (intentional or not!). Does anyone have a foolproof way of booking an engineer?

It would be as well to find out where the problem lies before booking a technician or you could be charged for the visit.
Start by posting here how you are measuring the speed, on what devices, and how they are connected to the Hub.
