How do I order a wi-fi pod

  • I've got 1gig ultimate volt with hub 4, WiFi generally is decent and stable but my kitchen has always been poor and has a blackspot where I sometimes get no signal. I finally got the connect app and managed to run a test on the kitchen and it only gets 11mb, but when I've tried to do other rooms it just says can't find router on that connect app! But the other rooms are fine anyway, I just need a wi-fi pod to extend the coverage to my kitchen, can't find where to do it on the app, and that's not working properly anyway, so can one of the virgin team please help with this, I believe pods are free on my package, thanks

Hi There,

I'm also attempting to get perhaps more than one pod as I have less than 30mbs in 4 rooms of our house. I can run the VM connect app but don't seem to be able to add those results off my tablet onto our desktop which is where I am posting from.

How do I manage to pass on the results to VM so that I can get a pod at least?
