How do I order a WiFi pod?

I have been with virgin years and have never been so frustrated with the service and trying to speak to someone. I’m only getting 3 mbps in upstairs rooms after checking on the connect app which tells me I would benefit from a WiFi hub. I’ve found out that my package doesn’t entitle me to free pods which I’m really disappointed about. I’ve been told I can order some online and pay but where?

You can order Virgin WiFi pods directly from their website or through your Virgin Media account. Alternatively, check the "Shop" section in the Virgin Media app or contact their customer service to purchase them online.

If you are not eligible for free Pods, I would suggest you shop around for other deals as well.  You may find a Mesh system is a better option rather than rent Pods at £8 pm.  Worth considering at least.
