How can I change my Hub 4 internal IP address from 192.168.0.x

The option is there in the Advanced - DHCP settings but no matter what number I choose (192.168.20.x or 192.168.5.x) it laways says 'The starting IP address you have entered is used for other functions of the Hub 4. Please enter another.' after apply the new settings.

It appears I am stuck with 192.168.0.x and I don't want to be as it is causing conflict issues my VPN service

Or...we can always blame VM for doing router mode if they just stuck to their guns a give us a modem none of this would be VM or businesses problem.

Are you setting the fourth octet to 1? Could it be insistent on using .1 for itself?

Seriously, you think that’s going to fly?

People want internet so yes all VM had to do was supple a modem and add on router with 1Gb ports the only reason VM didn't do that was they did do that with 100Mb routers and didn't want to upgrade all the add on routers even now people want a hub 5 for a 2.5Gb port so VM are right back where they started only that they are being a a$$ about it when they can give out a modem with 2.5Gb port.

I tell you what then IF VM do modem mode for the hub 5x then it be fine😋

Business customers should use a business subscription, which will give them access to this flexibility with the routers provided by VM:

Maybe the redesigning of VM's business model / services could be a new thread and we just try and help @ruddlesdin sort out their problem ?

eta - OOPS just realised the OP was from December so probably sorted it by now.
