How To Order WiFi Pods

I have 2 dropout areas in my house, where the speed falls to below 30Mbps. My contract is for Gig1 Broadband, so I believe I am entitled to up to three free WiFi Pods. I have tried to do this, as recommended, via the VM Connect App but do not get the option to order. Could someone please sort this out for me?

The official route is to use the VM Connect App and scan your property. When completed, the app should allow you to order the first Pod. If this is not working, just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.

I have just upgraded to 1gb having the same issues in my house used the connect app and no way to order the pods so would be interested in what answer comes back

@TheCarters   As previous, if the Connect app is not working for you, just wait for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss.  It may be better if you start your own thread.  Jumping onto another can lose your request as such.

If you're in an XPON area, you'll have the 5x hub, if you need WiFi boosters you have to ring the 0345 454 1111 & ask for the dedicated team that deal with the 5x, good look luck it's a nightmare, no one knows who this team is, eventually I managed to get through, now I have 3, you can only order them by ringing up, if you try via WhatsApp, they will say it's ordered but will never arrive, it has to be a phone call.
