Hot and whining pods

I can see lots of posts on here about noisy and whiny pods.  I have 1 that whines and all 3 get really hot to the touch. I've tried calling the customer service line but no luck unless I want them to interfere with my Internet connection and with us working from home that's not an option. Is there an online chat function does anyone know please?
