HUB 4 VPN Issues

Had Hub 3 changed Upgraded to Hub 4 Oct 23 , unable to connect to VPN either wireless or cabled for work, ISP address on 3 is was exactly the same as 4, works message says failed IP.address locked? Not a clue they cannot fix it how do I keep WFH when needed

Change hub to modem mode 

also change DNS to 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8 or what ever you like should that be the problem

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your hub 4 and VPN, are you still having the issues at the moment or has the help offered by legacy1 been able to resolve your connection issues?

Hello only just seen responses I will try and then come back to you 

Can access now but only via Ethernet cable and not via WiFi ie cable less any reason why? My it states its a provider issue
