Green tube

Can anyone suggest what to do with the green tube the external virgin cable is in? I have a green tube running along the top of my block paving from the pavement, across the drive and to the front of my house and it’s awful to look at and I don’t know what to do to make it look less awful!

It should be buried, unless you asked the installers not to dig anything up?

No I didn’t ask them not to, they just didn’t bury it.

Is this a recent installation?
