Flashing Yellow Hub

Hub started flashing Yellow today. Checked connections and tried restarting multiple times. Still no wifi.

Virgin help tutorial advised that we need to get a tech out to fix, but can’t schedule on until next week at earliest and I need wifi before then for work. 

no faults reported in the area. Any advice?

Update, internet went out at 4pm and they finally acknowledged an outage in our area around 8:30pm. Internet was back on when we woke up this morning. Second outage in just a few weeks though!!!!!

Whilst we do our best to keep any faults and downtime to an absolute minimum, unfortunately service issues do happen from time to time.
