Dropouts, poor internet, poor wifi

Does this latency graph look right. Anything I can do to improve it. Internet is very inconsistent. I was considering purchasing a router for better wifi but if the root cause is the actual signal I dont think it will improve matters.

Some T3 which might mean noise the spikes might be caused by you downloading or uploading or bursts of the area hitting the upstream hard at the same time or VM doing their tests.

Sorry to hear of the connection issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

 

We've taken a look at the connection and equipment and to the Hub the download is averaging 137Mbps and upload is 21Mbps, there have been no disconnections over the last week but when looking at the power levels some do seem a little out which may be causing the issues.
