Do my connection stats look off?

Koda
Up to speed

Hi,

Sorry for the post that's now very long after copying over the router stats. I'm not sure exactly what people need to be looking at to see if the connection looks out of spec or indicating a fault. I Had an engineer yesterday afternoon to replace a faulty router that was overheating. I was told there were some upstream issues but because it was only showing for me and not my neighbours it must have been a faulty hub so assured me this replacement would fix everything.

The problem is that my connection somehow feels even less responsive. Web pages just don't load every so often. I am regularly getting the warning "DBC-REQ Mismatch Between Calculated Value for P1.6hi Compared to CCAP Provided Value" followed by "US profile assignment change" Which seems to coincide with my connection falling unresponsive. Does anyone know what these warnings actually mean and if they do suggest something is still wrong? Additionally, the 3.1 Downstream channels have MILLIONS of errors and a good few thousand uncorrectable ones - All after just 19 Hours of uptime.

Is there anyone with a better understanding of cable broadband technology who can take a look and see if anything looks obviously wrong please? Any clues as to what's up would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
