Devices lose internet access even though full signal on wi-fi

Hi Kain, I’m having the exact same issue as Mr Strong. For the last couple of months my wifi continuously drops out on my devices even when 3 bars are displayed. I’ve just upgraded my plan to a faster speed but still experiencing the same issues. From this thread, it appears that getting the physical hub replaced helps to resolve this. How do I go about getting this fixed? Many thanks

For us Wi-Fi instability was caused by Wireless Channel Optimization ( best disabled )
and Auto Channels on the 2.4GHz and 5GHz  bands ( best with use of fixed channels on both bands )
