Hello
I believe the coax cable which runs from the street to the house has become damaged and is causing disruption to my services. Is there anyway I can book an engineer visit online without having to sit on the phone for hours? Any advice welcome!

VM won't send anyone unless there is actual evidence of a problem. Post here the Hub data that indicates a cable fault.

Sorry you feel you're getting some issues with your connection due to a faulty cable.
As Jpeg1 mentioned, a faulty cable is a really specific problem and we wouldn't send an engineer out for this unless we had evidence to show it was needed.
Could you tell us a little more about what's made you think it's the street cable please?
