Continued internet outage

I have two issues that need resolving; my internet stops working approximately 12 to 12:30 pm everyday. There is no connection and as I work from home this is becoming a major issue.

Second issue is my hub /router - this must be around 7 years old - constant read light, very hot and we have areas of the house where we have no connection. The hub is not hidden but I think is struggling to function properly and I require a new one ASAP please .

Hey kasio, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear about this.

I am going to send you a PM but please try these steps in the meanwhile;

• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.

Thanks for coming back to us Kasio 😊.

I can see you was in private chat with Matthew.

Have you managed to get this sorted by the engineer visit?
