I have got a hub 3 with 1 pod running at 256.my connection is constantly dropping out on multiple devices. It is so frustrating is there any thing that I can do to to rectify this?

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service, I have taken a look on our side and I can see that there are a few issues on the Hub specs that will require an engineer to take a look. I'll pop you a private message so we can take a look into arranging this.
