Just moved into a new property. Landlord started a contract with VM. Technician comes out to install the router 5 days after we moved in which is ridiculous in itself. Promised the tenants that the missing fibre optic connection outside would be installed the next day as it had been ordered. A full week later I’m still waiting on this and after calling customer services I find out the order isn’t due till the end of August but I work from home and barely have a 4g signal so extremely annoyed
