Connection poor to PlayStation and tvs up stairs

Ran speed tests on both PlayStation and my tv upstairs, only getting 16mbps when I do it on my phone it’s ranging from 30-300 mbps, the connection status to these are also only fair, sometimes poor

problem I have is I can’t order a booster off them as app always says great as it’s only on the phone 

tried PlayStation nearer to see and was up at 80mbps on that one try, I think a booster will work but how do I request one

VM Boosters are just basic Wi-Fi repeaters i.e. the very worst option possible for a Games console,
the half duplex and jitter + latency laden connection would be exactly what is not needed.

We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue with your connection. Checking things here, it looks as though there was recently an area fault open affecting you. This has since cleared though and been confirmed as resolved.
