I have lost all broadband connection since 2.15pm. Tried router reboot and all that. Been through the systems for checking status in area and all it says is there seems to be an issue in your area but none of the usual details about when it will be resolved or even any idea of what the issue could be.
i have checked status pages but they just say not issues detected but when I use the app its says there are issues in the area. Any one know of anywhere else to find this out. Im in the Ch45 9 area.

We are in the same boat in the CH47 area. Also around 2pm (2.26pm was when I did the Virgin diagnostics online and got the error).
We have only been with Virgin for a few months.
Hoping it is resolved soon.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you again for posting. I have checked and cannot see that there are any outages or issues in your area currently.
