Hi, been having issues with my service where it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. My companies IT people say it may be because of a compatability problem with the virgin network and Cisco Any Connect that I connect to for my job. Is this correct and what can I do about it?

I have used Cisco Any Connect on an office laptop supplied by a bank.
Provided that VM "Child Safe" an 18+ content filter is disabled there are no Virgin Media related reasons why Cisco Any Connect is not working.
Disable Child Safe in the Virgin Media online account.
If you are unable to do this, set your office laptop to use a Public DNS so as to bypass VM Child Safe.

To use Google DNS the process is the same but with DNS IPs 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
