Can someone please help with a Wifi connection issue as I cannot get my new Haier Washer/Dryer to connect to the app. The manual says it has to connect to 2.4 GHz frequency and I understand my SuperHub 3 uses 2.4 and 5.
Is there a way to connect the washing machine to only 2.4?
The engineer came out and wanted to change the motherboard but Haier has now confirmed that the dual-frequency Virgin router is probably the issue.
I would appreciate any advice.

Connect to the Hub 3 admin menu at http://192.168.0.1/ and disable the 5GHz Wi-Fi.
Now connect your Haier Washer/Dryer & once that is done , re-enable the 5GHz Wi-Fi of the Hub 3.

Unfortunately, I still cannot get the machine to connect even after disabling the 5GHz network. Perhaps there is an issue with the washing machine's main circuit board so will be following up with AO.

Does this washing machine come with a camera for stream your dirty laundry stuff as it gets cleaned?

You may have to buy a cheap and cheerful 2.4 GHz extender and connect to it.
