Connecting new Haier Washer Dryer to Home WiFi

Can someone please help with a Wifi connection issue as I cannot get my new Haier Washer/Dryer to connect to the app. The manual says it has to connect to 2.4 GHz frequency and I understand my SuperH...

    Connect to the Hub 3 admin menu at http://192.168.0.1/   and disable the 5GHz Wi-Fi.

    Now connect your Haier Washer/Dryer & once that is done , re-enable the 5GHz Wi-Fi of the Hub 3.
